Privacy policy (GDPR)
When you book, we process the details you provide — name, email and phone number — to fulfil the contract: handling your booking, handing out and taking back equipment, and contacting you about the booking (legal basis: contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing. Booking data is retained as long as accounting and tax law require, then deleted.
The website and booking system are hosted by Render (Render Services, Inc., USA). For online payment, payment details are processed by Stripe; card data never reaches our servers. Booking confirmations are sent via the email service Resend.
This website sets no tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics. The booking site sets cookies only for staff login.
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, and to complain to a supervisory authority (in Sweden: IMY). Contact us using the details above.
Booking terms
A booking is binding once you receive your booking code. Payment is made online or at the reception (cash/card) before handout. Online bookings whose online payment is not completed are released automatically after a few hours.

Life vests are always included and must be worn on the water. You are responsible for following the Swedish right of public access and our safety instructions. Equipment is returned in the same condition; lost or damaged equipment is charged at cost price.
We reserve the right to cancel rentals in dangerous weather; amounts paid are then refunded.
